Dr. Chris Sokpor is the Senior Partner of Deon & Noed International (DNI). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG), the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana with MBA (Finance Option) and a holder of first degree in Economics.

He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Costing. His key areas of experience are Financial Management, Taxation, Financial Statement preparation, Auditing and other Business Advisory Services.

Ms. Solace Cooper is a Senior Audit Associate I in Deon & Noed International. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option). She is also studying at Level Three (3) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

On a personal level, she is a conscientious person who has great IT skills, highly detail-oriented and emotionally intelligent. She possesses a strong ethical code and the ability to work well in teams with different people.

Mr. Ephraim Kusorgbor is an Audit Associate III at Deon & Noed International. He has over 5 years working experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting Option) from Wisconsin International University College. He has good communication skills, task oriented, analytically minded and very objective in approaching issues. He is a self-motivator and understands business processes and always committed to achieve set target.He has an excellent knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, has good interpersonal skills as well as knowledge in operating procedures.

Ms. Elorm Ndanu is an Advisory Consultant III at Deon & Noed International (DNI) and graduated from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). In the course of working with DNI, she has garnered a wide range of experience working with both private and public sector clients, locally and internationally.

She has professional experience in relation to employee capacity building, organisational development and restructuring, performance management and human resource manual development. She also has experience with proposal writing.
Her competencies include good interpersonal skills coupled with being a good team player.

Ms. Jessica Laryea is an Advisory Consultant III at Deon & Noed International. She pursued Bachelors in Business Administration precisely the Human Resource Option. Before joining the team, she had worked with Tema General Hospital and Ghana Water Company Limited. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.

HND (Accounting Option), BCom. (Accounting Option- ongoing)

Mr. Adolph Atitsogbui is an Audit Associate II with Deon and Noed International. He graduated from Ho Technical university and carried out his National Service at Ghana Revenue Authority Ho MTO. He currently holds a Bachelor of commerce certificate of Accounting at the University of Cape Coast Campus of Distance Education at Ho.
He has over 3 years experience in Audit and Assurance.

Ms. Ruwaida Abass is an Audit Associate II at Deon & Noed International and a Bsc. Accounting degree holder from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She is currently pursuing a Professional Accountancy certification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. She is hardworking, enthusiastic and possesses the zeal to learn on a job.

Mr George Tomenu is an Audit Associate II at Deon & Noed International and an HND holder in Accounting from the Koforidua Technical University. He graduated with a First Class honour in Accounting and he is currently pursuing a professional certificate as a Chartered Accountant at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

Ms. Lydia Botchway-Lamptey is an Administrative Secretary at Deon and Noed International (DNI). She is adept at multitasking and her successful career over the years has hinged on discipline and hard work. Prior to joining DNI, Lydia worked for eleven years in a similar capacity at Matthew Djamasi & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants in Accra

Mr. Kennedy Deh is a Associate Director at Deon & Noed International. He is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Central University, Ghana and a certificates in Higher Education Management from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands, and the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He has extensive work experience in accounting and public financial management, and has been involved in several functions, including corporate planning, financial control, treasury management and corporate reporting. Kennedy worked with Ho Technical University (Formerly Ho Polytechnic) for 8 years as the Director of Finance.

Mr David Kwabena Afari is a Senior Audit Manager in Deon & Noed International with over 20 years of operational, financial and compliance auditing experience, including 13 years in leadership roles. Prior to joining DNI, he worked with the Electricity Company of Ghana rising through the ranks to become the Principal Internal Auditor.

Mr Francis Torgbor is a Tax Manager. He is a graduate from the Catholic University College of Ghana. He is a holder of a first degree in BSc. Economics and Business Administration (Accounting Option), and currently pursuing a professional certificate as a Chartered Tax Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana as well as with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

He has over five (5) years working experience in audit, tax and accounting and has worked with companies like M&C Management Consult and Tropo Farms as an outsourced accountant. His main expertise are in Tax, audit and accounting.

Ms. Emmanuella Dziedzorm Adompreh is a Tax/Audit Associate III at DNI and a graduate from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She holds a first degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting major and is currently pursuing her professional accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mr Aiyegbo is a Senior Manager at Deon and Noed International (DNI), Liberia. He is a member of the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA), the Association of Certified Project Accountants (UK), the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK) and the Gambian Association of Accountants (GAA).

He is an adept Chartered Accountant with over 13 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management and Audit. He is a financial management consultant who has vast knowledge in the production of financial reports for audit purposes, advised on direct investment activities for profitable ventures, and developed strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of client’s organization.

He has advised clients on sound financial decisions making to enhance clients’ profitability. His key areas of expertise are Auditing, Financial Management, Preparation of Financial Statements and Cost Accounting. Mr Aiyegbo is a team player who is proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks and Sage 50.

Mr Siakor is a Partner at Deon and Noed International (DNI). He is also a Senior Assistant Project Internal Auditor at the Liberia Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG), the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) under the Association of Accounting Bodies of West Africa (ABSWA). He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting and is studying to be Certified Fraud examiner (CFE).

Miss Patricia Ayisuaa Otutu is a Senior Audit Associate I at Deon and Noed International. She is a member of ICAG and a holder of first degree in BSc Accounting from UPSA.
She has over 9 years of experience in accounting and has worked with quite a number of companies with her experience.

Mr. Kelvin Larbi is a Tax/Audit Associate III at Deon & Noed International. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) from University of Professional Studies, Accra and currently pursuing   a   professional   certificate   as   a   Chartered   Accountant   at   the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. 
Kelvin assists the team in providing tax  advisory services to clients and provides support to the audit team.

Mrs. Sharon Agbesi is the HR Consultant and Executive Administrator of Deon & Noed International, Liberia She holds an Advanced Diploma from Institute of Commercial Management Hampshire in England.

After acquiring an Advanced Diploma in England she worked with Marks and Spencer Notting Hill Gate branch in London for 2 years.

Mr. Onell Conellus Murray is an Audit Associate I at Deon & Noed International, Liberia (DNI). He is adept at Multitasking and has excellent communication skills, and ability to present complex information in an easy way to understand format. He's also a team player, hardworking, positive thinker and has over four (4) years working experience in Audit and Tax. and his mission is to serve others, contribute to society and learn new skills.
