To accomplish this, DNI have adopted various policies and procedures that ensure a quality practice. We have peer review and a standard maintenance program in place to assure a high level engagement with our clients.
Every assignment is reviewed by two principals - Quality Control Manager (QCM) and Concurring Review Principal (CRP). The QCM and CRP are responsible for all aspects of quality control and continuance monitoring of engagement performance, providing consultation, quality reviews, and leading firm-wide risk management. Reflective of our commitment to quality, the firm has developed policies and procedures to ensure every engagement is carried out with adequate direction, supervision and review. The firm always aims at complying with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
