MSc. Business Consulting, BA (Management & Psychology)

Bernard is a Human Resource Management Consultantwith Deon &Noed International (DNI) and has BA in Management & Psychology for first degree, Advance Executive Certificate in Human Resource Management and currently pursuing a Master’s Degree Program in Consulting Practice. He has over 12 years of hands on HR work experience in various industries. His key competences in General HR Practice include Human Resource Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and HR Operations. He has been involved in formulating and implement HR strategies for achieving organizational objectives. Bernard also developed Key Performance Indicators to enhance performance management, Implemented a project with Profiles International that helped individual staff members identified their areas of strength and weakness and helped them improve performance.

He also led teams to undertake manpower planning to ensure availability of skilled and efficient workforce at all-time in addition to advising on Human Resource strategies, policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. His experiences involved liaising with legal departments and external solicitors in court and at the National Labour Commission on staff related issues under litigation.
